Questions about how the service works, feature suggestions, bug reports and any feedback are always welcome. We try to answer every message.

Shelters and foundations can receive a verified organization badge — a "Shelter" or "Foundation" marker displayed next to the organization's adoption listings. It lets adopters know right away that they are dealing with a real, active organization.

Verification is manual and free of charge. We check the public registry: KRS (the Polish National Court Register) for foundations and associations, and the official shelter registry for shelters.

To receive the badge, send us an e-mail with the organization's name, its KRS or registry number, and the e-mail address of the account you use on the site.

Requests concerning your personal data — access, rectification, erasure or portability — should be sent to the same e-mail address. You will find detailed information about data processing in our privacy policy.

If you have an account, you can export your data and delete your account yourself in the account settings — no need to write to us.
